保養服務

由購買日期起十四天內,客戶須於網頁登記保用或填妥保用證寄回金田貿易有限公司(下稱「本公司」客戶服務部,保用服務方能生效。

除特別聲明外,一般產品由購買日起之一年內提供香港及澳門地區保用,保用 (除機殼、附件及部份零件外) 期內,機件如有損壞或發生故障時,經本公司技術人員證實,

該機故障屬正常使用下發生,本公司將提供免費修理及零件更換,而更換之損壞零件將歸本公司。本公司產品皆由購買或安裝日起提供一年零件保用。本保用證之免費服

務並不包括下列各項 :

(a) 不包括 ; 但不限於雪櫃、冷氣機及抽濕機之清洗 (因用戶使用環境而導致積塵與污垢,不能正常操作或產生異味所需的洗機服務)

(b) 外殼、機身、面板、隨機附件及裝飾物因損壞而需更換。

(c) 因維修或檢查所需的拆卸或重新安裝。

(d) 產品之重新安裝、搬遷或改位。

在下列情況下,本保用證將會自動失效 ;

(a) 產品曾因被錯誤操作、疏忽或因天災人禍等意外事件引致機件損壞 :

(b) 產品曾被非本公司技術員修理或改裝 ;

(c) 產品機身號碼曾被轉換、塗改或除去 ;

(d) 產品不按原廠提供之安裝指示 :

(e) 產品作商業用途。

本公司將不負責任何由於器材損壞而直接或間接招致之損失。

小型或手提式產品 : 如電暖爐和電風扇等需維修時,用戶需自行將產品送往本公司維修部及於修妥後自行取回。

香港保用袛適用於香港島、九龍及新界。若需服務於離島或禁區,用戶須付本公司所訂之交通費用。若機件需送回維修中心檢修,用戶要負責該機運到本公司服務中心之來回運費。

請保留正式購貨收據,修理時一併出示予本公司技術員查閱方為有效。如有任何爭議,金田貿易有限公司保留最終決議權。


Maintenance Service

 

Within 14 days from the date of purchase , customer should register warranty on web-site or fully completed the warranty card and returned it to Kaneda Company Ltd. Kaneda provides one year free 

service , including parts and labor , except otherwise announced.

For any defect , by the judgment of our technicians , caused under normal usage , Kaneda Company Ltd. is responsible for repairing and replacing parts free of charge within the first year free warranty 

period (except accessories and some parts.) Any replaced defective parts will become the Company’s property.

All our products are warranted for one year from date of purchase or installation. Free warranty service does not cover the following items ;

(a) Cleaning of products, including but not limited to refrigerators, air-conditiones and dehumidifiers (Cleaning work is required for operation under dusty or polluted environment.)

(b) Renewal and replacement of cabinet, chassis, front panel, cosmetic items and accessories.

(c) Dismantling, removal and re-installation of any repairing product.

(d) Re-installation, removal, relocation or transportation of the product.

This warranty is invalid in the following cases :

(a) If the product has been damaged resulting from misuse, negligence, accident and natural disaster.

(b) If the product has been repaired, modified by person other than Kaneda Company Ltd. or its agent.

(c) If the serial number has been altered, deffaced and / or removed.

(d) Failure to follow the installation instructions provided.

(e) Machines for commercial use.

The company will not be liable for any loss directly or indirectly caused from breakdown of the equipment.

For small or portable appliances : such as heaters and fans, customer will be required to bring the product to and from our service centre whenever service is required. 

In Hong Kong this warranty is applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.

For outlying islands or restricted area service, travelling fee will be charged according to our price list. In the case workshop service is needed , customer will be responsible for the round trip transportation cost for sending the products to and from our service centre.

Please keep and present this warranty card together with the official purchase invoice to our technicians for inspection in each service. In case of dispute Kaneda Company Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision.
